We will accept returns within 10 calendar days for any manufacturing defect at no cost to our customer. Absolutely no exchanges after 10 calendar days. We will not accept soiled, washed or product used in any manner. A return authorization must be obtained by emailing sales@jerseytowelsupply.com prior to returning items. Any order accepted for return is subject to a 25% restocking fee. In the case of an exchange the customer will pay freight. All products are manufactured to the highest standards.
